Cut a large raw potato with the mandolin in  squares and bake them in the fryer. Sauté chopped chives and samphire in olive oil and mix it under the puree. Fry  the mushrooms. On the dinner plate: a generous portion “stoemp” (mashed patatoes), covered with peeled shrimps and the other ingredients as your inspiration tells you.
