Make rolls of about 10 cm long on 2 cm diameter. Roll them separately into a sheet of plastic foil to obtain the correct shape. Cook the frikandels in the foil for 8 to 10 minutes in boiling water. Remove them from the foil for immediate use or freeze them to store. Fry the thawed or freshly made frikandel for 3 minutes at 175 ° C. Serve with a fresh salad or fried onions, a sauce of your choice and fries.
