Beer sauce with onion

Trappist or other brown beer onions beef fond tub of beef broth  
Cut the onions into half-moons and fry them glassy in butter mixed with a tub of beef broth. Season with salt and pepper. Add beer and beef stock and reduce to the desired sauce thickness. Season with Worcestershire sauce. This beer sauce is suitable for blind finches and preparations with meat.
