Halve the peaches and remove the pit. Poach the tuna fish in broth and let it cool. Crush the tuna and mix with mayonnaise, chopped red oinion and chopped chives. Put the tuna on top of the peaches and garnish with sliced tomatoes, mixed lettuce and chopped chives or parsley.
