Cover a baking plate with baking paper. Put a layer of toast bread. Then put layers of cheese, ham, cheese and finish with a slice of toast bread on top of it. Spray olive oil on top of it and finish with grated gruyère (see photo). In the oven: bake 12 minutes at 185°C, of which 2 minutes under the oven grill. In the table grill: same preparation, except for the gruyère.
