Blanch the sprouts 10 minutes and crush them. Fry bacon with chopped onions and mix it with the sprouts. Mix the eggs with the cream and herbs. Grease a silicone bakeware. Insert the dough and push it into the mold. Fill with the sprouts and bacon and top with the egg mixture. Bake the quiche 25 minutes on 185°C. Leave to cool. Demould the quiche and serve lukewarm with a sauce of your choice.
